Help & FAQs

Question: How do I watch an Episode?
Answer: Navigate to the series you’re interested in watching. Once you’re on the episode you want to watch, simply select a source. Most cases you’re best off choosing the “Best Source” but if that one doesn’t work select another option. Then all thats left is to click the “Play” button, often found in the center of the video or bottom left corner.

Question: What do I do if the video wont play?
Answer: We try our best to give you as many different sources for each episode that we can for this reason. If that video doesn’t work, please give it about 30 seconds, refresh and try again. If the problem persists please choose a different source (Veoh or Megavideo are usually always working) if available. If they’re not available, please contact one of the staff members to report that broken video. We will get it working as soon as possible.

Question: I want to watch a certain anime series but you do not have it. What can I do?
Answer: Please contact us using the link in the main menu. If it is anime and dubbed in english we will do our best to get it for you.

Question: I’m watching an episode using the “Megavideo” source but it says I’ve reached some sort of time limit? WTF is going on?
Answer: Megavideo, in some sort of conspiracy to actually turn a profit off their website, sets time limits in which videos can be viewed for free. Please understand their point of view on this matter. It takes thousands of dollars to host all these videos on their servers. They don’t come cheap and Megavideo needs a way to pay for their servers. So your options are 1 – wait until the time limit goes away, 2 – actually sign up for a small fee to view unlimited amounts of Megavideo videos or 3 – Find a way to get around it. We do not support option 3 and hope you understand why. Just try another source. Veoh is just as good.

Question: Why do I have to download the Veoh player to watch long videos/movies?
Answer: In most cases you’re required to download the Veoh player for all movies or videos over 45 minutes of length. Have no fear, Veoh is a respected company. Just download their player and continue watching your movie.
